The Super 6 Investment Homes in Bundaberg

The Stroud Super Six range includes six homes around the 150 to 200 square metre mark that can be built for under $350,000 – making them ideal for investors.

Stroud Homes are able to accomplish this by reducing the level of standard inclusions. The inclusions we pare back on include the use of laminate bench tops instead of stone, finishing the home with one paint colour, investment tapware from Reece and hard-wearing vinyl flooring in the main living area.

The six house designs are all completely different, however each home has at least three bedrooms, ensuite, master bathroom and our classic façade. While the price point has been reduced through the reduction of luxury inclusions, our quality guarantees remain, providing peace of mind.

We also have a great range of duplex homes and dual occupancy if that better suits your investment plan.
